Experience on 64 bit Sql Server

If you have experience on 64 bit SQL server with Itanium II processors, would you send a post back regarding your experience thus far?
We are ready to upgrade our platform, currently use 32 bit standard edition. We know we need to upgrade to SQL Server enterprise. Is there any reason we shouldn't go to 64 bit SQL? (We have read the docs on the 64 bit page, so know that we won't have ente
rprise manager, query analyzer, and DTS on the 64 bit box. Not a big deal for us at this time)
There could be a lot of reasons why you don't want to go to 64bit. 64 bit
is great for some things and not so great for others. Can you be a little
more specific on what it is you intend to do with this box? Here are a few
