We are using Crystal 7 on a 2003 server. We just upgraded our server to 2003. The reports run fine but when we try to export them a box flashes on the screen like it is trying to export and then we get an Export Failed message. We have tried the hotfixes mentioned in other threads with no luck. Does anyone know anything we can try to get the reports to export?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.See if you find answer here
http://support.businessobjects.com/|||We have tried there and done a few of the suggestions but it still has not fixed the problem. I think it may be a problem with the viewer.
