Export data to SQL Insert statements?

Is it possible to export data from tables to SQL insert statements? Got SQL 2005 developer, visual studio 2005, and Visio enterprise architect, if that makes any difference. I already foundthis tool but it costs money.

DaFT is an open source frontend to any database that can be connected via ODBC and it can Create INSERT Scripts for you.

Click help ,choose Contents and type "Create INSERT Scripts " to search and you can get the help on how to generate insert scripts.
