export a view with double quote delimiter

i am running sql server 2000 on windows 2000. i have a need to export a view and delimit the columns with double quotes as it has imbedded commas in the columns, how do i do this??Quoted strings is the default behavior for the DTS Export Wizard (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en-us/dtssql/dts_tools_wiz_8vsj.asp).
