Hi,
I develop in SQL Server as well as MSAS at work. I also have SQL Server
with MSAS loaded on my home PC. Is there a way I can "take" the contents of
the database at work and work on it from home then upload the changes when
I'm back at work? I'm going on vacation and would still like to develop
while I'm out of the office.
Also, is it then possible to export the and then reimport the cubes I've
built as well?
Thanks.
Hello Jason.
you should look at the product I developed after many years of thinking
about database change management. Our web-site also has a white paper on the
subject of automated database change management using your source control
which is the only way (as far as I'm concerned) to guarentee total control
over your source and what is delivered.
