execution plan operators

Where can I find more information about most execution plan operators that I
see ? And also details about what those values mean when you hover your
mouse over an operator and another dialog box( or whatever you call it)
opens in yellow that has IO cost, CPU cost, actual rebinds,Actual
rewinds,etc..
